Apr 16, 2015 · Spent much time with Cisco support with no real answer. In may case it has almost always been internet connection or quality issues. I know from my experience it's almost impossible to get the VPN connected when the remote system is using a satellite ISP. I end up telling my users to move to a different location and it just starts working again.
