distributel is by far the worst provider i have ever dealt with. i was on hold for 45 mins until a rep finally answered. they booked a day for the technician to come set up the internet. the day of, noone showed up. i had to call them (waited 30 mins on hold) they informed me that the installation was cancelled as they are not able to set up
