This usually takes days to get a response, and in case your issue hasn't been resolved, you will have to wait a few more days. BTGuard VPN customer support is lazy and unprofessional. But it doesn't care. It just wants to charge you an exorbitant price for a very poor, borderline-fraud, VPN service. Installation And User Interface. This is not the user interface. But the closest thing you'll get to one when it comes to BTGuard.

Used BTGuard for a few years with really no issues. However, I ran into an issue about a month ago. Have opened tickets through support and sales with no luck. I even tried calling them to no avail. I even informed my CC company and they can't seem to get in
