After you install the extension, click on the Connect button to connect the plugin It doesn't work if you run a web/chrome app in separate window like Tweetdeck. Since running a chrome app in a separate window like a standalone app, it doesn't have a bar w/ extensions. I only can try to access user + pass via right click menu, but it doesn't do anything. Download the plugin from the page above and unpack the ZIP file to a new folder. In KeePass, click 'Tools' → 'Plugins' → button 'Open Folder'; KeePass now opens a folder called 'Plugins'.
